You may access and use Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written permission of the Entities. Any unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Restrictions on Use

- →Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

- →Attempt to manipulate securities prices through use of or reference to any outputs, scores, or analyses provided on the platform.
The Entities reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these conduct standards, at their sole discretion and without prior notice.
IX — Changes to These Terms
Right to Modify
Palu Ventures LLC and DIV0 LLC reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, including eliminating or adding content, features, or conditions of use. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of any platform following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
X — Indemnification
User Responsibility and Hold Harmless
As a condition of your use of any Palu Ventures LLC or DIV0 LLC platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Entities and their respective officers, founders, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly from: (a) your violation of these terms; (b) your use of, or inability to use, any platform; (c) your violation of the rights of any third party; or (d) any investment or financial decision made in reliance on platform outputs. This obligation survives the termination of these terms and your use of the platforms.
XI — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Michigan Law Governs
These terms and your use of any Palu Ventures LLC or DIV0 LLC platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Kent County, Michigan, and waive any objection to such venue.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
XII — Acceptance of Terms
Agreement Through Use
Your continued use of any Palu Ventures LLC or DIV0 LLC materials, websites, or applications constitutes your express agreement with and acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
